Description: Total Finishing's part # 20-2938 is a direct-fit replacement for the pump repair kit designed for the 180cc Xtreme 750 airless sprayer, used by spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists to restore spray performance and extend equipment life.

The 180cc Xtreme 750 demands reliable internal components to maintain consistent pressure and fluid delivery on active job sites. This kit contains the critical packings, seals, and wear items necessary to restore pump functionality without requiring complete unit replacement. Professional painting contractors and rental equipment service staff rely on kits like this to minimize downtime during routine maintenance cycles or after extended use.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure fluctuations or inability to reach rated PSI during spray operations
• Fluid leakage from the pump housing or packing rod area
• Reduced flow rate or inconsistent spray pattern despite proper gun adjustment
• Seal degradation visible during pre-service inspection or after seasonal equipment storage

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
