Description: Total Finishing's part # 20-3009 is a direct-fit replacement for the 220cc Xtreme 900 pump repair kit, engineered for professional contractors and pump service technicians who maintain high-volume airless spray systems. This comprehensive kit contains the internal components needed to restore full performance to the 220cc Xtreme 900 pump during routine rebuild or emergency field service.

Spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists rely on this kit to quickly address wear and degradation in the pump's reciprocating assembly. The kit streamlines the rebuild process by bundling the critical packings, seals, and wear components that deteriorate under continuous operation in professional painting and coating applications.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure loss or reduced fluid flow during spray application
• Fluid leakage from pump rod seals or packing areas
• Pulsing spray pattern or inconsistent atomization
• Audible noise or vibration indicating internal wear in the pump chamber

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
