Our innovative oven design dramatically reduces cure time and operating costs while making it possible to cure materials that were once too sensitive for traditional ovens.

Unlike convection systems that waste energy heating air and metal, Cerakure targets energy directly into the coating itself. This allows coatings to cure from the inside out, completing cycles up to eight times faster than conventional ovens—without overheating or damaging substrates.

Powered by low electrical input and liquid propane or natural gas, Cerakure systems deliver unmatched efficiency. Operating costs are significantly lower than convection ovens, and cool-down time is under two minutes, enabling near-continuous production.
