For fully automated paint lines the Sagola V4000 is available with automatic fan size regulation, where an air inlet replaces the manual regulator wheel.

Quick Change - minimal downtime
Available with quick change mount, the Sagola V4000 simplifies maintenance and cleaning work, allowing you to reposition the gun in exactly the same place keeping the setup parameters.

Versatile
The extensive range of interchangeable needles, nozzles, and aircaps enables the Sagola V4000 to apply all types of paints and sprayable products - even abrasive fluids!

Metal on metal technology
The Sagola V4000 has no air diffusers, blind chambers or threads in contact with paint, and no gaskets, seals or plastic parts in the product area - just metal on metal contact making it easier to clean and maintain.

Access to complex shaped parts
Thanks to its size, the Sagola V4000 Series can be manoeuvred to access even the most complex components.
