A rotating filter holder improves hose positioning and makes it easier to reach confined or difficult areas, while the integrated safety lock helps prevent accidental triggering during service, cleaning or downtime.

The X3500 Mix is manufactured with high-strength materials and precision-machined components for dependable performance in industrial environments. Critical fluid areas use metal-to-metal contact to reduce unnecessary seals in the application zone, simplifying disassembly and cleaning while helping minimize component wear and maintenance-related downtime. Fluid-contact components include brass, stainless steel, tungsten carbide, PTFE, polyamide and FKM for compatibility with a wide range of industrial finishing materials.

Available with 11/40 or 13/40 MIX tips, the X3500 can be configured with either an 8 mm quick-connect or M16 air inlet. The 1/4-inch BSP male fluid inlet is offered with a fixed connection or an optional rotating swivel fitting. These configuration options allow the gun to be matched to different hoses, pumps and finishing-system requirements.
