Standard Features for UG4000D - UG7500:
• Clean spray guns automatically in under 60 seconds.
• Enhanced Cleaning cycle consists of Wash, Clean Rinse (100cc) and Air Flush.
• Clean 2 Spray Guns and 2 Pots.
• 14 Swirl Action Jets.
• Build-in Vent for automatic fume extraction with Vent Control.
• Non-corrosive HDPE Pail; operator sees the solvent level.
• Stainless steel inlet filter on suction tube in wash pail to prevent debris from reaching
the diaphragm pump and the cleaning tank. See photo below. Inlet filter is removable
for cleaning.
Power Supply:
Compressed air at a minimum of 85 PSI, 2 CFM

• Always disconnect this machine from power sources before performing maintenance.

• Make sure all ground wires are connected and that unit itself is grounded properly.
• Wear safety eyeware, respiratory protection and protective clothing.
• Wear deluxe extended length neoprene gloves; SAS PN 6588 or Thicksters PN 6602-20 through 6605-20
