Efficient Cleaning and Maintenance
The fully automatic spray gun consists of two parts: the material-handling front part and the air-contacting gun body. The easy separation of the front part allows for quick and uncomplicated cleaning while the gun body can remain in its working position. This proven concept significantly reduces cleaning times.
Optimal Adhesive Processing
This WA XV is suitable for both common solvent adhesives and adhesives with a high solids content. It is available with special HS (High Solid) and SHS (Super High Solid) air caps, ensuring top-notch processing.
High-Quality Stainless Steel
The front part and all material-handling components are made of V4A stainless steel. This material complies with FDA regulations and is ideal for use in the food industry, meeting the highest hygiene standards.
