Spark Deflection and Heavy Particulate Containment

Aggressive metal grinding and weld prep release high-velocity sparks alongside heavy airborne particulates. Installing a heavy-gauge grinding booth equipped with spark arrestor baffles prevents hot embers from reaching secondary filter media.

Multi-stage intake louvers drop heavy metal shavings directly into collection drawers before fine dust enters the main air filtration sequence.

Modular Bay Expansion for Large Fabrications

Handling oversized structural steel beams or weldments requires flexible enclosure configurations that accommodate overhead crane loading. Integrating an open-front grinding booth allows heavy machinery to drop large weldments directly into the active containment zone.

Sourcing professional finishing supplies through Total Finishing Supplies ensures your shop floor stays clear of hazardous airborne grit while keeping production moving on schedule.
