Laser Cleaning

Laser cleaning is a new cleaning method in industrial cleaning. Our laser cleaning machines use a high-power, Class IV laser, a high-speed scanning system, and a high-precision control delivery system to remove contaminants from the substrate.

When the laser beam strikes the surface of the substrate, the thermal effect causes contaminants such as rust, paint, or oxides to be ejected as plasma or debris. Laser parameters such as power density and scanning speed are adjusted to control materual removal depth and ensure only targeted substances are removed.
