3/8 Inch High Pressure Fluid Hose for Airless Spray Systems
Standard Supply Line for Airless and AAA Systems
3/8" I.D. fluid hose is the standard supply line between the pump and applicator on most airless and air-assisted airless systems. The bore carries enough volume for production spraying while staying flexible enough to maneuver around a booth.
Total Finishing Supplies offers professional finishing supplies like 3/8 inch high pressure fluid hose in a range of pressure ratings. Lower-rated hose suits smaller diaphragm and piston pumps, while Kremlin-compatible black hose is rated for high-output equipment running heavier materials. Fittings include JIC stainless steel, 3/8 inch female, 3/8 inch male, and NPS female, supplied in fixed and made-to-order lengths.
We stock TriTech and Binks hose beside the Total Finishing lines, with stainless connectors available for joining runs. Our team can specify the correct assembly for your system.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which pressure rating is required?
The hose rating must meet or exceed the maximum output of the pump supplying it, rather than the pressure typically run at the gun. Airless pumps deadhead at their stated maximum when the trigger is released, so a hose specified to average working pressure is underrated. Check the pump data plate before ordering.
How do the fitting types differ?
JIC seals on a flared face, while NPS and female pipe fittings seal on the thread and seat. The two are not interchangeable, and forcing a mismatched connection will damage both components. Identify what is fitted to the pump outlet and gun inlet before selecting a hose.
Why do other bore sizes appear in this category?
Several TriTech listings within this collection are supplied in other internal diameters. Product titles state the bore, so confirm the size before adding to cart.
Does hose length affect performance?
Pressure drops progressively along a run, and the effect increases with length and material viscosity. Long runs may require a higher pump setting, a larger bore, or both to maintain flow and fan pattern at the applicator.
