Automotive Paint Spray Booth Options:

The Cross-Flow Eco Style booth pulls clean air from filtered front doors and is exhausted through a filter in the back exhaust plenum. Cross draft booths are offered in solid back, drive through, reverse flow designs as well pressurized and non-pressurized. Our booths are constructed of 18-gauge, pre-punched single wall panels. Our design allows for easy nut and bolt assembly.

A quality and economical booth made for performance and durability. This booth was created for start-up and small shops looking for a great performing, yet economical booth. Air enters the booth through the top-front filtered plenum and is exhausted at the rear-center plenum. The Semi-Down Airflow pulls clean air from the upper ceiling through a filter bank located on rear-center exhaust plenum.

The Semi-Downdraft Tower Booth pulls clean air from the upper ceiling through a filter bank in the rear-center exhaust plenum. Airflow is directed diagonally downward across the vehicle or parts being sprayed and exhausted through filters along the rear wall or lower sidewalls.

Side downdraft paint booths are an economical solution for shops that aren't able to install a pit. Air enters the booth through a full-length, filtered ceiling plenum, and flows downward over the product. When air reaches the floor, it is pulled into floor-level filtered exhaust plenums on both sides of the booth.

Generally accepted as the best airflow style, downdraft booths do an excellent job of controlling overspray and contamination. The Full-Down Airflow booth is a high performance, efficient booth with increased horsepower delivering faster results. It pulls clean air from the upper fully filtered ceiling and exhausts the air through fully filtered floor plenum for optimal clean air and features enhanced lighting for detailed work. The increased power and significantly improve turnaround time reduces labor, energy costs, and overall operational expenses, making it a cost-effective solution for businesses.
