Description: Total Finishing's part # 18-4482 is a compatible replacement for GRACO® parts 184231 and 184-231, an upper male gland for GRACO® spray equipment. The male gland is the nose-profiled ring that nests into the V-packing stack in the pump's fluid section; paired with its female counterpart it keeps the packings compressed so they seal around the piston rod under pressure. Compatible with GRACO® Dura-Flow 1800 (430 cc).

Common reasons for replacement:

• Renewed along with new packings during a pump repack
• Fluid leaking past the packings even after tightening
