Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 729252

Comparable OEM Part Number: 243084

Description: Total Finishing's part # 20-2719 is a direct-fit replacement for contractor gun filters in both 50 and 100 mesh configurations, essential strainers for airless spray guns used in professional painting and coating application work.

These filters prevent material buildup and blockage inside the spray gun tip and passages, maintaining consistent fluid flow and spray pattern quality during extended coating jobs. Professional painters and spray equipment operators rely on clean, properly functioning gun filters to avoid mid-job shutdowns and maintain finish quality across large projects.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Material accumulation or residue clogging the mesh, reducing spray pressure and causing inconsistent atomization
• Mesh degradation from aggressive solvents or incompatible coatings, leading to structural failure or gaps
• Filter tears or punctures allowing unconstrained particulate to reach the spray tip
• Routine preventive maintenance between jobs to ensure reliable equipment readiness

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
