Description: Total Finishing's part # 20-2961 is a direct-fit replacement for the pump repair kit designed for the 220cc Xtreme 900 airless sprayer, a workhorse platform for high-volume coating applications and field touch-up work. This kit supplies the internal seals, packings, and wear components required to restore proper pump operation and extend equipment life between major overhauls. Professional painting contractors and pump rebuild specialists rely on complete kits like this to minimize downtime and avoid the cost of full pump replacement.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure creep or inconsistent spray pattern caused by worn internal seals or packing degradation
• Loss of prime or gradual output reduction indicating pump chamber wear or check valve compromise
• Fluid leakage from pump housing seams or shaft areas following extended use
• Routine preventive maintenance on rental or high-utilization equipment to maintain performance standards

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
