Aftermarket GRACO® 25D246 Pump Repair Kit with Teflon Packings (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 75738

Comparable OEM Part Number: 25D246

Description: Total Finishing's part # 20-3421 is a direct-fit replacement for the GRACO® Xtreme 220cc TFE pump repair kit, designed for professional contractors and pump rebuild specialists who service high-output airless spray equipment in demanding field conditions.

This comprehensive kit supplies the complete packing and seal set required to restore full performance to the Xtreme 220cc TFE pump. Spray equipment technicians rely on kits like this to bring worn or degraded pumps back to OEM specification without replacing the entire pump assembly, extending equipment life and reducing downtime on active job sites.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure loss or inconsistent spray output caused by worn pump packings that can no longer maintain seal integrity under load
• Fluid leakage around the pump rod or manifold connections indicating deteriorated seals and O-rings
• Reduced pump cycle efficiency or audible cavitation suggesting internal wear on critical friction surfaces
• Routine preventive maintenance on pumps exceeding recommended service hours to avoid mid-project failures

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
