Description: Hosco has pioneered the Bundled Tubing applications for paint shops and paint operations. The use of bundled tubing significantly increases hose and tubing life versus loose lines in cat-tracks or cable-trays where motion is present- as much as 8-10 times longer life. In addition, incorporating the proprietary jacket cover that resists chaffing, cracking and all know solvents and paints provides a scuff guard and provides
containment should there be a hose or tubing release or failure in the bundle for any reason. Hosco can specifically engineer a bundle up to a jacket diameter of approximately
1 ½” and have supplied up to 18 interior lines (24 for air pilots) of various colors, resin types (FEP, PTFE, or Nylon-PA) in up to 530 feet continuous coils or cut lengths as specified. Custom laylines identifying each interior line can be done, as well as private label marking of the interior lines or outside jacket for a relatively small cost increase.
