Description: The Vector AA90 spray gun is a rugged, yet lightweight gun designed with the painter in mind. The gun combines superior air-assisted airless technology with powerful electrostatic features, all in one gun. The integration results in a comfortable, lightweight spray gun with excellent spray pattern characteristics, unmatched pattern adjustability and extraordinary transfer efficiency.

Scope of delivery: The gun is available in 85 KV Cascade technology with a 2-finger trigger and 0.015 carbide tip. Options include:

• Gun, 25m cascade cable, and control unit

All Vector electrostatic guns are constructed from lighter weight, stronger and more durable polymers. Designed to achieve a better, more balanced feel in the operator's hand.

The new Vector design redistributes the pressure in the air cap adjusting the balance between the atomization and fan air. This causes paint particles to move slower through the charging field which allows stronger charging and more paint is delivered to the part with less waste.

Vector guns utilize 25% less parts which greatly reduces the likelihood of failure and lowers the costs of future repairs. The thread design on the barrel has been made coarser for easier removal while reducing the chance for cross-threading.
