The PRO CORDLESS Kit contains all you need in order to make professional and perfect repairs in wood. The Wood Repair Pro Kit is perfect for bigger productions and industry use with on-going repairs.

Includes the following components in a durable plastic case:

• 1x bag of Knot Filler, color: MIX bag w. 2x Pine, 2x Oak, 2x Walnut, 2xBlack (8 sticks of 300mm, Ø12mm)
  
• 1x BCD 540 Knot Filler Battery Gun
  
• 1x Adapter (to be used in combination with your own battery. Choose between a Milwaukee, Makita, Dewalt, or Bosch adapter). 
  
• 1x Cooling iron (180x80mm)

The Knot Filler application is fast and easy!
1. Place a Knot Filler stick in the Knot Filler gun and turn it on
2. Make sure the temperature is set correctly (check the knot filler label)
3. When the gun is warm, apply Knot Filler into the repair
4. Be fast when applying the Knot Filler
5. Place a cooling iron/block on the Knot Filler quickly after application
6. Remove excess Knot Filler with a cutting tool when the Knot Filler has cooled of and has an even coloured surface
7. Sand the repair - by hand or machine
8. Apply surface treatment. Knot Filler accepts all kinds, both oil, lacquer, stain, etc.
