Description: The Ultra-Rack Sump, Steel Model is a spill containment solution specifically designed for racking systems where secondary containment is required for flammable liquids, chemicals, and hazardous materials. Its rugged, 12-gauge galvanized steel construction provides years of service and excellent chemical resistance, without melting or deforming under extreme heat or fire. It fits most industrial racking systems, saves valuable floor space, is 100% leak-free tested, and features a removable grating for easy clean-up and maintenance.

Q: Does the Ultra-Rack Sump meet regulations?
A: The Ultra-Rack Sump has a 90 gallon containment sump. So it will meet EPA 264.175 for 55 gallon drum and smaller containers. It will NOT meet the regulations for an intermediate bulk container (IBC).
Q: Is the grating removable?
A: Yes, there are two grates per sump and both pieces are removable to making cleanup easier.

Q. How do you load these onto the racks?
A: If loading onto lower levels (6’ high or less), the Ultra-Rack Sump can be loaded with a forklift. If loading onto higher levels, chains or straps (not included) are required.

A: At this point there is no drain option available.
Q. What type of steel is used to make this?
A: The Ultra-Rack Sump is made with heavy-duty, 12-gauge, galvanized steel.
