Description: This model BC30 series is capable of automatically repeating the distillation process consisting of the following steps. (Automatic repeat function may be adjusted from 1 to 10 continuous cycles.) The model BC30N series performs distillation under normal atmospheric pressure, and the model BC30NP series performs distillation under vacuum up to 26” Hg generated continuously by the function of an air operated pump and a venturi.

Special Feature:

(a) Agitating the contaminated solvent to be distilled may be achieved by optional air operated Drum Mixer.
(b) One of the most useful features of the continuous operation of BC30 Series recyclers is
that the distillation process consists of the following phases of automatic operation.
Flexible and programmable adjustment means are provided for each phase of operation.
¾ Vacuum Distillation is available with BC30NP and PG Series only. For all other
BC30 series models, distillation is performed under normal atmospheric pressure.
-Automatic filling of the Distillation Tank
-Re-filling (Topping-up to full level) of the Distillation Tank
-Boiling down to the waste debris
-Baking waste debris (If this feature is selected and automatic drain is turned off.)
-Cooling waste debris to the desired temperature.
-Automatic draining of waste debris
-Starting the 2nd process of the total repeat cycles (Unless the Repeat cycle is set to 1.) 

-Automatic separation of distilled solvent and distilled water (BC30G and PG series only.)
-Automatic transfer of distilled solvent to larger storage tank. (All BC30 series models)
-Cooling the system
-Shut-down the system, 

(c) Two separate stages of heater strength may be set-up to best suit the distillation
conditions required for two separate components.
(d) Automatic detection system of full level in Debris Container temporarily suspends the
operation and displays Error message.
